12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

 

Arrowvale Electronics is a well-established privately-owned expert in the design and manufacture of monitoring and recording equipment for the rail industry. The Company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to cover a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover).

 

Main duties:

  • Processing customer Purchase Orders
  • Preparing customer quotations
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Organising the despatching of goods
  • Arranging couriers for the collection and delivery of goods
  • Progression of orders with Production team
  • Organising sales consultation meetings
  • Leading contract review meetings
  • Sales order invoicing
  • Updating customer online portals as required
  • Managing customer spares access agreements
  • General administration

Skills and Experience

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Organised and detail oriented
  • Experience within a Electronics or Manufacturing environment - desirable
  • Epicor Knowledge – desirable
