Arrow Oil Quality Sensor (AOQS)

The Arrow Oil Quality Sensor (AOQS) provides real-time continuous analysis of oil condition. The patented technology monitors any oil, in any application such as hydraulics, engines, gearboxes, transmissions, final drives and traction motors in real-time. Any change in quality/condition is instantly detected, accurately measured and reported.

Condition Based Maintenance

Real time measuring of oil condition allows for oil change only when needed; also known as condition-based monitoring. This could be more frequent intervals due to harsh environments, or extended service intervals that lead to cost reductions.

Increased Equipment Life

By continuous monitoring of the chemical properties of the oil, combined with live instant alerts when there are adverse changes, you can reduce breakdowns in engines, traction motors and gear boxes. Normally you only know this after damage is caused by the resultant build-up of ferromagnetic particles in the oil. Over the long term this results in equipment having a longer productive life. Typically, up to 20%.
